Shipping & Policies:
-We are a build to order business. Shipping time will vary on the amount of orders we have. Generally, most orders will ship within 2-4 weeks.
-Items that are in stock should arrive within a weeks time after receipt of order.
-Shipping will be 20% of the total order. Oversized & overweight frames will have an additional charge.
-Any frame over 20x30 will have an additional charge of $10.00. Also, if the weight of shipment exceeds the shipping cost (the 20%), Frame Love reserves the right to add additional shipping charges.
-Payment must be made at the time of order. Because we are a made-to-order business and take many custom orders, we must have payment up front. We accept credit cards, paypal and checks. If you are paying by check, we will not start the order until check is received.
Returns:
-We stand by our frames 100%. Frame Love has a 14 day money back guarantee. We're confident you'll be very happy with anything you purchase, but if for some reason we do not meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund or replacement within 14 days. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is our top priority.
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. We will only accept returns of damaged items within 48 hours of your receipt of products. If an item is damaged in transit, please call us immediately. Re-package the item using all of the original packing material. Upon receipt of the damaged item, Frame Love will either issue a credit or replace the item.
